But just regular events happened - the city was not founded. I saw that there was a 1 turn cost for founding the city, so I saved and then ended turn. But how do I actually found the city? Clicking the 'Found City' button does not actually do anything, and all I can seem to do is 'Cancel' (which presumably I do not want) and closing the 'Build Options' window to go back to the unit. When I select this I see 'Found City', along with a message saying 'Valid Location' - all of this seems good. When I select the settler unit, there is a button/picture under it for 'Build Options'. But I can not figure out how to actually use the settler to found the city.

One of these is a settler unit, and we are supposed to set up a new city to claim the local resources (the ruin, the magma thing, and the mine some dwarves are defending). I am playing the Elven Court/tutorial, and have just reached the refugee camp where you pick up the draconian hero and various units. :-) It looks fantastic, the battles have been fun, and I am (slowly) figuring out how to do things. I am new to the AoW series, and so far am enjoying the new game a lot.
